General Information:

All required sku's must be stocked for the entire year.

Racks and display materials will be provided as available.

Sku's may be added at any time.

Shelf space earning accruals or being paid for must be reserved for sole use by that vendor.

Shelf payment will be made to good standing Tri-Mart customers at year end, payment may not exceed total purchase dollars.

Minimum amount earned for all accruals combined must exceed $10.00 or no payment will be made.
