New Units
· Highlight #1 (Scan Order)

Hit
enter
· To use the scanner press to top oval button and point at desired tag

Note that the system automatically defaults to a
quantity of “1” – user can just keep scanning from item to item if this is
desired quantity. If selecting
any quantity other than “1” user must hit “enter” after each item
·
To
exit the ordering program press the “help” button (F2)

Note
that you can still add more to your order by going back into “scan order” mode
· When the order is complete check the system to see how many total lines are you have entered
·
Exit
to main menu and select #3 (Transmit)
·
Hit
enter (system now displays “prepare scanner”)
·
Check
the following:
o Modem has power cord plugged
in and is turned on
o Phone line is plugged into
phone jack
o Modem is plugged into
scanner unit
·
Hit
any key
·
Make
sure it transmitted all files
·
When
transmit is complete system will ask:
·
Select
#2 to cancel in case a computer problem may require you to re-send the order
· Call 1-800-472-2006 to
verify receipt / correct # lines

Ordering Tips:
To
cancel an item à scan item tag or enter
Tri-Mart # - enter quantity of “0” and hit the enter key
To
check if an item has been entered à scan item tag or enter
Tri-Mart # - if system “beeps twice” – item has been entered (you can change
the quantity at this point if desired)

Note
that if the quantity displayed is any number but “1” the “enter” button must be
selected before continuing (otherwise the system will default to a
quantity of “1”)
If
you enter an incorrect number à select backspace (bs)
or clear button
To
delete order once it has been processed à Select order entry; #4 (Utilities);
#1 (Delete Data)
To
check battery voltage à Press shift (sf) key
and enter
